As Spring arrives, we enjoy warmer weather and longer days. You will probably feel inspired to refresh your house. However, you shouldn’t only clean your closets and cabinets, you should also replenish yourself after being hibernating throughout winter.
Studies have shown natural light increases energy and productivity. That being said, you can start opening your curtains and windows allowing sunlight and fresh air to go into your house. This will also make your body produce Vitamin D which has been linked to help prevent some diseases.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to do and enjoy when the weather improves, but just going out from your house or office and walking with friends will help.
If you need more reasons to go out at least for a few minutes and allow your body to absorb sunlight, remember that sharing time with friends will build deeper connections and release stress, improving your mental and physical health.
There are no excuses for staying inside and lose the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful season. Go out and have fun.
